Over the next few years, AmericasMart will be making physical campus improvements, adding new amenities and elevating the daily shopping experience with the goal of delivering the best possible Market experience. It’s all part of Atlanta NEXT, our multi-stage capital and strategic investment plan announced during July 2019 Market. NEXT FOR THE BUILDING 1 LOBBY Phase 1 of Atlanta NEXT begins with a complete remodel of the Building 1 lobby to create an efficient and inspirational arrival experience for buyers and exhibitors during market and year-round. The new two-story lobby will feature flexible lounge, meeting and work spaces; newly configured registration areas; premium showroom space; and digital signage offerings— all connected via a new escalator to the second floor. Improved amenities will include a new full-service, year-round restaurant offering both indoor and outdoor seating. At the street level, the redesign creates a seamless entry experience from Peachtree Street and John Portman Boulevard by removing elevation changes in the lobby and adding outdoor lounge spaces and digital signage. The new lobby design is by ASD | Sky. NEXT FOR BUYER EXPERIENCE Beyond the lobby and Floor 2 levels, we are remerchandising and rebalancing Building 1 home décor showrooms to create a more effective, efficient and compelling experience for buyers. Improvements also include further integrating rug merchandise into the home décor offerings, consolidating open daily showrooms on consecutive floors and creating a cross-category lifestyle remerchandising of showrooms to align with the current retail landscape. In support of the redesigned open daily marketplace, a new reception desk will welcome designers and assist in finding what they need. We are further improving the designer experience at AmericasMart through collaboration with ADAC, our sister design center located in Buckhead. Beginning with our combined Fall Design Week and Discover ADAC programming in September 2019, we’re working together to promote the campuses as a comprehensive design destination. NEXT FOR THE BUILDING 3 LOBBY Beginning in early 2020, Building 3 will undergo a facelift as well, reimaging the arrival experience on the corner of Portman Boulevard and Ted Turner Drive. New outdoor lighting and seating in addition to a redesigned lobby entrance aim to soften the exterior façade. Amenities on Floor 1 and the registration desks on Floor 2 will be repositioned to better fit the needs of buyers.> WHAT'S NEXT for Atlanta? AmericasMart.com | 27
