Featuring more than 75% of U.S. components, our fixtures are produced here in our 52,500 square foot facility located in Southern Ohio. Our local assembly also means local delivery of finished goods, which results in better on-time delivery for you.

To complement the wide array of design elements and textures throughout a project, TLI offers the capability to powder coat just about any finish. So finding a fixture to match trim, door hardware, faucets, or other elements throughout a space is simple.

TLI Motion Sensor
TLI has a full collection of energy-saving motion sensor options available, including decorative styles in a variety of finish options. These products are used to control light levels where 24 hours of full brightness and energy consumption is not the best solution.
TLI’s motion sensor products are controlled by sensors programmed to operate at low levels when a space is unoccupied and at full brightness when there are occupants in the area. Once the space reverts back to being unoccupied, the luminaire returns to its original low light level.
Offered in both fluorescent and/or LED versions, the internal or external sensors allow for specific settings for stairwells and hallways where maximum energy efficiency is required.
