 Choosing The Right Size 1 Ceiling Fan For Your Room
STEP ONE
Determine the square footage of your room.
Measure the length and the width of the room and then multiply. For example, 12 feet long x 10 feet wide = 120 square feet.

Have a tall or cathedral ceiling?
Many Kichler® ceiling fans work with 8 or 9 foot ceilings. If your ceiling is higher, you’ll need a downrod. The rule of thumb is that fans should have a minimum of 7 feet of clearance between
3the bottom of the fan blades and the floor in order to circulate the air efficiently. STEP THREE
