The outdoors are an extension of our indoor living spaces and can be just as important as interiors to today’s homeowners, presenting a wealth of opportunity for designers and retailers. Innovations in the quality of outdoor furnishings and accessories—the durability
of materials and the evolution of performance fabrics, for example—have allowed designers to create luxurious outdoor spaces that blend seamlessly with the interiors.
Two acclaimed designers, iconic Barclay Butera and popular HGTV personality Genevieve Gorder, along with Eugenia Santiesteban Soto, Senior Style Editor for Better Homes and Gardens, will share their approach to creating thoughtful exterior design and discuss new trends on the horizon.
They will share the importance of outdoor spaces in relation to architecture and as
a continuum to the indoors, their favorite functional yet beautiful accessories and fabrics, and fresh coastal-inspired design tips that can be incorporated year round. Complimentary lunch is included.
