New to AmericasMart? Here are some tips to help make the most of your Market experience.
How to Shop AmericasMart
1. Download the AmericasMart app for information access and wayfinding. Study the color-coded building schematic in this book and match your purchase plan to the categories and floors.
2. Look in the Classified Listings of the Atlanta Buyer’s Guide or online at AmericasMart.com to find new vendors who carry product categories that apply to your business. Use the Alphabetical Listings to locate specific exhibitors or lines.
3. Use the detailed maps in the Atlanta Buyer’s Guide and those on the floors in each elevator lobby to locate showrooms or bridges. Use turn-by-turn navigation in the App to help.
4. Shop all appropriate floors for your merchandise categories by going through each hallway. If you see a showroom you’d like to visit that
isn’t on your original list, highlight it on your floor plan for a return visit.
5. All the buildings are connected via bridges— there’s no need to go outside unless you want to.
6. During busy Market days, it’s most expedient to use escalators and stairways to move between floors.
7. Temporary product is located in each building.
8. The events flyer in the Atlanta Buyer's Guide and
the AmericasMart app list the full schedule of events ranging from lunches to parties to special surprises.
9. There are special programs and services to accommodate buyers from around the world including the International Business Center in Building 1, Floor 9, 9-D-9B.
10. Stay hydrated—there is complimentary water available in the lobbies during Market.
Location Key
Locations are the “address” of the showroom or booth, and each building follows a different format. Here’s how it works:
Locations in Building 1 contain the building number followed by the hallway letter and showroom number:
B1 12-B-6 = Building 1, Floor 12, Corridor B, Showroom 6
Locations in Building 2 contain the building number followed by the combined floor and showroom number:
B2 731B = Building 2, Floor 7, Showroom 31B
Locations in Building 3 contain the building number, followed by the quadrant (North, South, East or West) and the showroom number:
B3 13-E110A = Building 3, Floor 13, East quadrant, Showroom 110A
Accessibility
The elevators to the left of the elevator rotunda are designed for wheelchair use and may be accessed from the 1st floor lobby. Wheelchair lifts are available at the bridges between buildings, on Floor 1 near the Registration desk in Building 1 and on Floor 1 in Building 2. Handicap-accessible restrooms are located in each building and are denoted on the floor plan maps in The Atlanta Buyer’s Guide.
