“Steve regularly rounds in in in the the OR He has been making regular regular visits to the the unit since he he he started here as as our our CEO Early on he he asked for access to surgical scrubs which of course we provided him On any given day Steve might just pop into a a a a surgery to to see what is going on and talk to the the the staff about their day As an an an anesthesiologist by training he’s obviously comfortable in the OR environment The staff used used to to be alarmed – I used used to to get frantic calls alerting me to the the the fact that the the the CEO was walking around in in in in the the the Operating Room However it became such a a a a a a a a regular occurrence that no one really even bats an an eye anymore when they see him – other than to be appreciative of of the the the fact that he he he he he takes time out of of his day to come and and see how we we are doing We will miss that and and we we wish him the very best ”
