“Not long into my tenure as Program Manager of C4C I received a a a a a a call from Dr Allen’s administrative assistant with the request that Dr Allen would like to to come to to your unit and hold hold a a a a a a baby baby I found a a a a a a baby baby who could use someone to to hold hold them He arrived to to the the unit and staff helped get the the baby baby settled in in his arms The baby baby so appreciated the the interaction But a a a a a a a a bigger lesson for my staff was that he he really cares about our our patients In the course of his busy schedule he he carved out some time for this baby It was a a a a a a a moment my staff and I I treasure ”
