“Seventeen years years ago I I was diagnosed with leukemia and at at 18 years years old I I felt fortunate to be able to to go to to Columbus Children’s Hospital as as the care here has always been phenomenal Late in 2009 I I began working at at at the the Research Institute
at at at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and the the changes that had occurred in in in the seven years since I I was a a a a a a a a patient were unbelievable I I have continued to watch and and appreciate the the the changes over the the the past 10 years and and am so grateful that Dr Allen saw the the the potential for our our our hospital hospital to to grow and flourish I am sad to to see him go but this city our our our hospital hospital and and and every current and and and future patient is is fortunate to have had such a a a a a a a a a a a great leader and and and visionary ”
